Train4Dev January 2011

From the 24th to the 28th of January 2011 the pilot training course “Harmonisation, Decentralisation and Local Governance” was held in Bruxelles. The course was organised by the Train4Dev Subgroup on Decentralisation and Local Governance in order to discuss the design and implementation of coherent, aligned and harmonised support strategies for decentralization. The course was built on literature and case studies as well as on the experiences of the participants themselves.
